I've been going to this place for quite some time now. Jay used to be my stylist. The last time...was my last time. From her I received the WORST, LAZIEST haircut of all time. DO NOT USE JAY. SHE DOESN'T CARE ANYMORE!

Under the circumstances Covid 19 Corporate procedure for on-line appointments is in serious need of A do over! You're killing your stylist & losing a ton of business! If Y'all stick with on-line appointments you need to post stylist and there hours scheduled for work and let the customer input their time for their appointment & give the stylist 40min or for each customer 🤔 It's horrible for the folks who drive a distance and have too wait 60 min on there blazing car. Current system SUCKS! Stephanie doing one hell of a JOB managing your current crisis on house! Owner needs too step up & support his business / group during this crisis 😶
