Under the circumstances Covid 19 Corporate procedure for on-line appointments is in serious need of A do over! You're killing your stylist & losing a ton of business! If Y'all stick with on-line appointments you need to post stylist and there hours scheduled for work and let the customer input their time for their appointment & give the stylist 40min or for each customer 🤔 It's horrible for the folks who drive a distance and have too wait 60 min on there blazing car. Current system SUCKS! Stephanie doing one hell of a JOB managing your current crisis on house! Owner needs too step up & support his business / group during this crisis 😶

Best haircut I’ve gotten in a while! I always go to a barbershop and just moved but I couldn’t find a place I liked so I was hesitant to try our sports clips but I’m glad I did. I walked in and felt welcomed. I had a hard time explaining what I wanted since my barber would usually just sit me down and already knows my hair. But the girl I got gave me exactly what I wanted and more. She even washed my hair out and I got a massage for free. I never have experienced that. And I will be coming back.

I am a regular at this location, I've been going to this location for months. I've actually referred other people to this location because of its service. Today's service was very poor, I was skipped after being the next in line for my haircut even though I followed the check in process completely. The person who walked in after me was taken even though he had not properly signed in - I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will I be referring any additional customers to this location. When I called the manager she was in agreement with the other person's failure to follow the process even though it is incorrect.
